Description and composition

Pumpkin pulp and seeds are used in treatment.
The fruits are harvested in August-September. The wounded and rotten ones are discarded and the cut fruit shares and seeds are dried in the sun for 3-6 days. Dried seeds should crackle when ground.

- 5-7 years - 100 g,
- 3-4 years - 75 g
After two to three hours, take a laxative.
Recipe with honey to expel worms:
Grind the dried, peeled pumpkin seeds in small portions in a mortar, adding water drop by drop, but not more than 15 drops, add honey to the crushed pulp.
For adults, grind 300 grams of seeds with 50 ml of water and 15 grams of honey.
Children from 2 to 3 years old should be given 50 g of seeds, from 3 to 4 years old - 70 g, from 5 to 7 years old - 100 g, from 10 to 12 years old - 150 g. Reduce the amount of water and honey accordingly.
Eat the entire mixture on an empty stomach within an hour, one teaspoon at a time intermittently. After three hours, take a laxative.
Preparing to expel worms
The day before treatment with pumpkin seeds, you should eat pureed and liquid food - soups, cereals, vegetable purees, yogurt. In the evening it is recommended to take a mild laxative. The next day in the morning, give a cleansing enema and then take pumpkin seeds on an empty stomach in small portions for an hour. Two hours after this, take a laxative. After another two hours, eat.
Worms sometimes do not come out immediately, but over the next 1-2 days. Therefore, on the second and third days it is recommended to give a cleansing enema once a day.
Contraindications
You should take into account the laxative effect of pumpkin and do not abuse it if you are prone to diarrhea.
Healthy recipe: baked pumpkin with cheese and walnuts
To prepare the dish you will need
- 4 tbsp. spoons of olive oil,
- 2 cloves of garlic,
- 2 small pumpkins, halved and seeded
- 200 g cheese, diced
- 100 g walnut halves.
Preheat the oven to 190 degrees. Pour olive oil into each pumpkin half and add a little garlic. Bake in the oven for an hour. Use a spoon to scoop out almost all the pulp from the pumpkins, leaving a little to help the skin retain its shape.
Mix pulp, cheese and nuts. Divide the mixture among the pumpkins and bake for a few minutes until the cheese is melted.
