Mechanism, spectrum of action
Antihelminthic: paralyzes the muscles of nematodes, which lose the ability to fixate in the intestinal lumen.
Dead parasites are eliminated from the body naturally.
Contraindications: hypersensitivity, pregnancy.
Application diagram
Enterobiasis : orally for adults and children immediately after meals, 10 mg/kg body weight per day in 3 divided doses for 1 day.
Ascariasis , trichuriasis, strongyloidiasis , hookworm : also for 3 days. If necessary, the course is repeated after 2-3 weeks.
